About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Epicor is responsible for driving product marketing initiatives, including market research, customer engagement, and the creation of compelling marketing content. This role focuses on understanding customer needs and translating product features into benefits, ensuring that marketing materials are current and effective in promoting the company's SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the research to identify customers and potential markets.
  • Supports voice of customer (VOC) research, draws relevant conclusions and integrates into product marketing activities.
  • Creates compelling messaging and differentiated content related to products and relevant thought-leadership topics for the industry customer base.
  • Designs and drafts product-specific data sheets, promotional publications, presentations, advertisements, or brochures.
  • May assist in planning sales promotions or other special events, such as conferences, trade shows, or user meetings.
  • Ensures Product Marketing materials are up to date, by collaborating with other members of the organization.
  • Assists with the execution of launch plans and releases for new and existing products.
  • Supports creation of Sales and BDR enablement materials.

Requirements

  • 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • High school diploma
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • SaaS product marketing experience
  • B2B retail industry knowledge preferred
