The individual will oversee the full product development lifecycle, ensuring successful market launches and expansions. This includes managing the financial P&L for Commercial Doors, monitoring key performance metrics, and managing existing product lines along with a three-year roadmap. The role requires a strong background in product management, with 3 to 7 years of experience, particularly in a manufacturing environment and sales organizations or channels. A business development and product marketing background is essential, with experience in developing product plans and strategies. The individual must possess solid problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to deconstruct complex situations into manageable components that can be resolved collaboratively by the team. Additionally, leveraging brand marketing, market research, sales training, and field communications is crucial for success in this role. The position also demands excellent written and oral presentation skills for effective communication with both internal teams and external clients, as well as trade groups and seminars. Flexibility, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset are key attributes for this role. A Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is required, with an MBA considered a plus.
