Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement a marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Actively participate in the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and more.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to create and deliver consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Continuously enhance brand awareness and market differentiation by refining value messaging that resonates with the target audience.
  • Establish and track success metrics for marketing programs, ensuring accountability for revenue outcomes.
  • Translate business objectives and market trends into a cohesive go-to-market strategy that drives growth.
  • Oversee multi-channel demand generation programs, including paid media, content marketing, social media, field marketing, and partner marketing.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to refine and optimize go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor marketing performance, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Establish the company as a thought leader through blogs, industry events, and speaking engagements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or start-up experience.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling revenue.
  • Willingness to dive into the details and execute campaigns while balancing strategic oversight.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly in response to changing circumstances.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive marketing decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead a small team.
