About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Snappr is responsible for communicating the company's product offerings and educating target customers on their value. This role requires a blend of storytelling, analytical skills, and public speaking to effectively engage with audiences and drive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to enhance go-to-market communication and product features, while also conducting market research and customer interviews to inform marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Interview customers and buyers to collect insights that drive experiments.
  • Conduct competitive market research and develop a winning strategy based on findings.
  • Research and define market segmentation, including ideal customer profiles and target audiences.
  • Build, host, and manage weekly live workshops to educate businesses on Snappr's offerings and insights.
  • Write and design product functionality documents, use cases, benefit-driven features, case studies, and testimonials.
  • Position Snappr as a category leader and refine the value proposition.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams to improve communication and product features.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly in product-led startups.
  • Experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in earlier stage (Series A to C) startups.
  • Strong writing skills for crafting compelling product messaging and marketing collateral.
  • Proficiency in user research and ability to write insights independently.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Figma, and project management tools like Trello.
  • Public speaking skills and experience in community engagement.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience running a podcast or hosting virtual events.
  • Familiarity with survey/NPS tools like SurveyMonkey.
  • Previous experience as a founder.
