About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Friant & Associates, LLC is responsible for driving the success of the company's product portfolio through strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives. This role serves as a bridge between product development, marketing, and sales, focusing on market research, product messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new product launches. The ideal candidate will create impactful marketing campaigns and sales enablement tools to enhance product awareness and demand across various channels, ensuring that Friant's offerings are well-positioned in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop clear and impactful messaging that highlights product features, benefits, and differentiators.
  • Lead the go-to-market planning for new product launches, ensuring alignment across all marketing channels and sales.
  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and demand across various channels.
  • Work closely with the product development team to provide market insights and feedback during the product creation process.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing efforts.
  • Create and curate compelling content for the company website and mobile app.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or a related role, preferably in the furniture, manufacturing, or design industry.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot), and email marketing software.

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced degree or certification in marketing, analytics, product marketing or a related discipline is a plus.
  • Experience with mobile app marketing tools (e.g. Braze, Branch Metrics) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with dealer-based sales models, B2B marketing strategies, and the furniture or design industry is a strong plus.
