About the position

The Product Marketing Manager plays a highly visible, strategic, and cross-functional role in the DataDome journey. You will join a team with a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun culture that is excited about helping customers protect themselves against sophisticated bots and online fraud. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will be operating from our NYC office. This role includes two primary components: Product Marketing and Analyst Relations. In the Product Marketing aspect, you will lead the go-to-market strategy and execution with the product team throughout the product lifecycle. This includes creating impactful product messaging and collateral, enabling sales and partner teams, and supporting evangelism and demand generation efforts with the marketing team. You will be responsible for crafting communication and marketing plans for the launch of new products, features, and releases aligned to the target audiences. Your role will require you to create compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning, with a clear understanding of the target customer and the core capabilities of the offering. In terms of Analyst Relations, you will lead the strategy, planning, and engagement with key industry analysts, helping to foster high-impact relationships and lead analyst report cycles like Forrester WAVE. You will develop and maintain relationships with key analysts and market influencers globally, proactively engaging with them to cultivate and drive awareness of DataDome's positioning, offerings, product developments, and corporate updates. Additionally, you will manage analyst reports, vendor ratings, and related content to secure positive placements, client referrals, and recommendations, driving alignment with all relevant teams: sales, marketing, product, etc. You will also prepare and manage DataDome executives' engagements and presentation materials with analysts, including briefings, inquiries, and strategy days.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution with the product team throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Create impactful product messaging and collateral to support sales and partner teams.
  • Develop communication and marketing plans for the launch of new products, features, and releases.
  • Create compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning aligned to target audiences.
  • Develop and maintain fresh content including collateral, thought leadership, and solution presentations.
  • Partner with the Sales team to maintain a coordinated go-to-market and sales enablement strategy.
  • Lead enablement training sessions on new products and solutions.
  • Foster relationships with key analysts and market influencers globally.
  • Manage analyst reports, vendor ratings, and related content to secure positive placements.
  • Prepare and manage DataDome executives' engagements and presentation materials with analysts.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product marketing and/or management experience in the cybersecurity industry, preferably with experience at a SaaS company.
  • Experience in analyst relations in scale-ups for SaaS B2B solutions.
  • Expert content creation skills across multiple mediums, including video, whitepapers, blogs, eBooks, infographics, product and solution briefs.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication capabilities in English.
  • Demonstrated experience in technology marketing, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly turn around mockups and edits.
  • Experience managing major analyst evaluations from communication strategy to tactical deliverables (e.g., WAVE, MQ).
  • Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage competing deliverables and timelines.
  • Native English speaker.
