Responsibilities

  • Own mission-critical projects to drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy as we expand upmarket.
  • Lead the launch of a new product line, defining the ideal customer profile (ICP), crafting compelling messaging and positioning, and executing the GTM strategy from start to finish.
  • Develop enablement materials and training for the sales team to ensure they can confidently position our products in the market.
  • Conduct in-depth market, competitive, and customer research to guide the product roadmap and GTM strategy, continuously refining our ICP as we grow.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant B2B product marketing experience, ideally targeting Ops, Safety, and IT buyers in industries with physical operations.
  • Experience in building and driving the adoption of positioning and messaging frameworks for new products.
  • Strong project management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives to successful outcomes.
  • Ability to transform complex concepts into value-based messages and compelling narratives.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with the channel selling motion through VARs, SI, and MSP partners.
