About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at McGraw Hill is responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at generating leads and driving growth for the Accounting and Business Law product portfolios. This role involves building relationships with educators and learners, developing marketing materials, and executing thought leadership campaigns, all while working in a collaborative remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, strategic marketing plan for the product portfolio.
  • Partner with market development and sales colleagues to amplify awareness and build a pipeline.
  • Write and develop portfolio positioning and messaging in alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Create and leverage content to support campaigns, including sales tools and training materials.
  • Conduct customer and internal-facing presentations and training regularly.
  • Develop internal and external sales and training resources for the assigned portfolio.
  • Run point on event opportunities such as conferences to showcase products and services.
  • Analyze market trends and participate in market research and product development.
  • Utilize and analyze data to drive decisions across the product portfolio.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of client-facing marketing and/or sales experience, preferably in education and/or technology
  • Strong understanding of emerging marketing trends and technologies, especially Salesforce and Marketo
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and execute marketing objectives to grow market share
  • Success in managing and delivering virtual and/or live events
  • Ability to make data-informed decisions and track ROI
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience using Salesforce, Asana, Qualtrics, and Zoom
