About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Tate Inc. is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive market share in the data center industry. This role involves close collaboration with sales, engineering, and R&D teams to create effective marketing campaigns and support product launches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, particularly within the data center or construction sectors, and will be adept at managing a team while fostering customer engagement and analyzing market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the product marketing team and oversee the development of Tate's product marketing strategy.
  • Plan and execute successful product launches, including the development of marketing collateral and promotional activities.
  • Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including brochures, case studies, and social media.
  • Provide the sales team with necessary tools and training to effectively sell products, including product demonstrations.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and influencers.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/digital marketing or equivalent experience in a marketing/product role in the data center or construction industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Experience managing direct reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence others.

  • Experience executing campaigns via Salesforce.
  • Positive 'can-do' attitude and flexibility for travel.
