About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Byborg Enterprises will lead marketing efforts for a designated product group within the global PR & Marketing department. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between product teams and marketing resources, ensuring the execution of marketing strategies that align with product goals. The manager will oversee marketing plans, conduct market research, develop marketing strategies, and manage product launches, all while leading a team of marketing professionals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing lead for a specific product cluster, managing relationships with product teams.
• Oversee the marketing plans, campaigns, and materials.
• Manage a team of marketing professionals, guiding them on strategy, execution, and professional development.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies for products in the cluster.
• Lead the execution of new product launches, ensuring alignment of marketing and PR initiatives.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (master's preferred).
• Proven experience (10+ years) in product/performance marketing or a similar role.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Proficiency with different marketing platforms and tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing market trends and campaign performance.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
