About the position

The Product Marketing & Operations Manager at TikTok will lead operational support throughout the product development lifecycle, focusing on TikTok Ad Creative and Creator products. This role emphasizes building strategic partnerships with agencies, optimizing customer experiences, and driving technological innovation in the advertising space. The position requires collaboration with various cross-functional teams to enhance product strategies and ensure successful product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic partnership framework and collaboration model with HoldCo and Mega Independent agencies.
  • Own agency onboarding and training, organizing routine workshops and webinars on new product features, best practices, and feedback collection.
  • Provide agency-level operational support to ensure an optimized customer experience.
  • Project manage across a wide range of cross-functional partners, including product, data science, business integrity, legal, compliance, brand partnership, and client solution teams.
  • Design SOPs, collect feedback, and incorporate learnings into process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide first-line market insights to help shape product strategy and drive business expansion.
  • Conduct revenue management and resource planning to provide critical inputs for product strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in a product marketing or operations role, building technology solutions with HoldCo media and/or performance ad agencies.
  • Experience in digital advertising or creator marketing.
  • Experience working directly with C-suite and/or VP levels.
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills, ability to grasp core context, identify key risks, and cooperate with all parties to achieve goals.
  • Analytical, data-sensitive, and goal-driven. Comfortable with setting ambitious targets and executing rapid trial-and-error iterations.
  • Excellent communicator and team worker, comfortable navigating global organizational structures.
