About the position

The TikTok Ads Creative and Ecosystem team is seeking an experienced Product Marketing and Operations Manager focused on Partner Success. This role is critical in providing operational support throughout the product development lifecycle and ensuring success across key products and business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the generative AI landscape and a proven track record in business development or partnerships. In this position, you will support product marketing and operations for third-party creative products, including TikTok Creative Exchange (TTCX), TikTok Creator Marketplace (TTCM), Creative Tools, and APIs. Your focus will be on the supply side (i.e., partners) to deliver against business strategy and support the overall growth of the TikTok advertising creative ecosystem. You will provide first-line market insights, particularly on the generative AI landscape, to help shape global third-party creative product strategy and development, driving overall business expansion. You will own partner onboarding and training, organizing routine workshops and webinars on new product features, best practice sharing, and feedback collection. Additionally, you will launch and promote new product features to drive adoption among creative partners, leveraging your knowledge of marketplace dynamics and industry trends. Working closely with partners, you will understand and identify their business pain points, conducting product research to provide critical inputs for product strategy. You will also facilitate business development initiatives to forge strong partnerships. Your responsibilities will include designing SOPs, collecting feedback, and incorporating learnings into process improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness of creative products for partners. You will provide campaign-level operational support with partners to ensure an optimized experience for advertisers and project and program manage across an extensive set of cross-functional partners including product, data science, business integrity, legal, compliance, brand partnership, client solution teams, and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support product marketing and operations for third-party creative products, including TikTok Creative Exchange (TTCX), TikTok Creator Marketplace (TTCM), Creative Tools, and APIs, focusing on the supply side to deliver against business strategy.
  • Provide first-line market insights on the generative AI landscape to help shape global third-party creative product strategy and development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in a product operations role, or other operational roles in the creative advertising industry, with a strong background in business development or partnerships.
  • In-depth knowledge of the generative AI landscape and its application within the creative and advertising space.
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills, ability to grasp the core context, identify key risks, and cooperate with all parties to achieve goals.
  • Analytical, data-sensitive, and goal-driven. Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial and error iterations, and constantly improving.
  • Great communicator and team player. Comfortable navigating global organizational structures and aligning objectives with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a Partnerships role or a related position within a generative AI company or tool.
  • Proven experience in digital advertising with a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics.
