Samsara is seeking a Product Marketing Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our growth journey. As the first member of the Product Marketing Operations team, you will work closely with R&D leadership and partner functions, including product management, sales, and marketing, to design and implement the processes and tools necessary for effective and efficient operations. Your contributions will be crucial as we accelerate our new product launch cadence, ensuring that our marketing strategies align with our business objectives and customer needs. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing the overall sales enablement strategy for new product launches and feature releases. This includes creating a comprehensive communication plan for sales and customer-facing materials, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and equipped with the necessary tools to succeed. You will also run the project management office for significant Product Marketing events, such as our Sales Kickoff and customer conferences, ensuring that these initiatives are executed flawlessly. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for scaling organizations and streamlining operations. You will lead various projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating validated project management skills and strong business acumen. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful results at scale will be essential to your success in this role.
