About the position

The role involves owning the Total Wireless Brand Roadmap, driving strategic alignment across various functions, and developing innovative customer-focused solutions. The position requires a deep understanding of the target market and the ability to lead multifunctional teams to execute brand strategies effectively. This hybrid role allows for a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and delivering value through strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the Total Wireless Brand Roadmap, including New Value Propositions, Products and Promotions.
  • Driving strategic alignment across all functions (VVO Leadership, Finance, Distribution, Marketing, Legal, GTS, Operations).
  • Understanding and empathizing with the Design Target for Total Wireless to identify pain points and insights for business growth.
  • Leading multifunctional teams to ensure adherence to defined strategies.
  • Developing strategic projects that align with the Brand Roadmap, including creating Strategic Decks and business cases for new initiatives.
  • Proposing new value propositions, pricing, and promotion strategies for the Total Wireless brand.
  • Driving programs and tactics that bring the Brand strategy to life across all channels.
  • Defining business assumptions and rules for proposed value propositions, pricing, and promotions.
  • Collaborating with CMI and Brand Marketing teams on key messages and campaigns to drive brand growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience using digital media for marketing to target new and existing customers.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience managing and influencing client relationships at the senior executive level.
