About the position

We are looking for a product manager for our electrical failure analysis business. In this role, you will make a positive impact on the growth of the business while enriching your understanding of the products, technologies, and customers. We will provide the resources you will need to learn and lead a portfolio of products. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner and have a vision to advance their career in marketing. Specific responsibilities include participating in product initiatives, giving insights and recommendations based on market analysis, customer feedback, and technical expertise, and assisting in the development of cases and product roadmaps. You will assist in the preparation of quotes for products by collecting and analyzing relevant data, including cost estimates, market trends, and customer requirements. Additionally, you will resolve details, scope, pricing, costs, schedule, and terms for proposals, specific developments, and requests for quotations/proposals (RFQs/RFPs); validate and sanction the final proposals crafted by the sales team prior to their delivery to clients. You will work closely with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to ensure alignment of product development and commercialization efforts with goals and requirements. Leading the entire product lifecycle, from conception to end-of-life, including product planning, development, launch, and ongoing support, will be a key part of your role. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including product specifications, technical manuals, and sales support materials, and provide regular reports on product performance, market, and competitive landscape. Finally, you will coordinate with the Operations team to assign production slots and supervise quarterly product revenue.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) from a four-year college or university or higher degree with meaningful work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience (or equivalent) in the semiconductor capital equipment industry.
  • Experience in product management, finance, and marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Independently motivated to meet deadlines and handle project timelines.
  • Diligent and organized.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree (M.S./M.B.A) in a science or business-related field preferred.
