Actionstep is looking for an ambitious Product Marketing Specialist to join our market strategy team. In this role, you will report directly to our Product Marketing Manager and will closely collaborate with our Marketing and Product Development teams throughout the product life cycle. Your primary responsibility will be to understand and effectively communicate the functionality and value of our products to customers. This position is pivotal as you will work cross-functionally to plan and deliver new product launches, ensuring that all teams are aligned and informed about the product features and benefits. You will also engage with our Solution Consulting, Sales, and Customer teams to gain a deep understanding of our application space, our competition, and the reasons why our customers choose our solutions. This knowledge will be instrumental in informing the positioning of new features and products, as well as ensuring successful roll-out and adoption. The role is focused on product and feature launches, which includes assimilating user research, communicating roadmap assets, planning product launches, and enabling cross-functional teams for successful execution. Your responsibilities will include supporting and iterating on launch protocols based on various factors such as revenue impact and user breadth, creating detailed cross-functional launch plans, and ensuring marketing readiness for product launches. You will develop new product positioning and messaging, create high-quality content and visual assets to support stakeholder buy-in, and measure product adoption efforts. Additionally, you will conduct competitor and buyer research to maintain a competitive edge in the market and assimilate user research to enhance our understanding of product functionality and value.
