About the position

The Product Analyst at Farm Credit Mid-America plays a crucial role in supporting the Product team by coordinating product planning, delivery, and performance monitoring through data-driven analysis. This position focuses on facilitating data collection and reporting to identify product opportunities that maximize business value, while also managing vendor relationships and ensuring effective communication of product changes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of complex product updates by tracking milestones and organizing the work.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate change management within the organization.
• Work with vendors to understand their product lifecycle changes and assess how to adopt, update, and sunset vendor capabilities and products.
• Gather and analyze competitive intelligence and internal data to benchmark product performance.
• Manage and consolidate user feedback, UX research, and other inputs to create a product feedback loop.
• Design and implement experiments to help refine feature direction for Product Owners and UX designers.
• Coordinate and facilitate user interviews when needed.
• Work with the Customer Experience team to coordinate customer research when needed.
• Create processes that facilitate product delivery and a rapid feedback loop with the business.
• Help communicate upcoming product changes.
• Implement and refine tools that provide department-wide visibility into the product team's progress on executing the roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years experience in a product-centric or business analyst role.
• Understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes.
• Experience in product strategy, product operations, and competitive intelligence.
• Knowledge of economic, political, and industry issues affecting agricultural and consumer lending.
• Familiarity with loan origination and accounting systems, and business automation and technology.
