About the position

The Product/Operations Analyst at Cone Denim will play a crucial role in supporting operational reporting and sales within the Cone Denim division. This position involves providing analytical support for operational planning, product development, sales, inventory control, budgeting, and forecasting. The analyst will collaborate with various teams to enhance product development and sales strategies, ensuring efficient operations and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Support the product development team by handling product certifications and tracking development progress for the China region.
• Submit fabrics for analysis and issue reports such as daily sales, forecasts, and Top 20.
• Analyze market and product trends for upper-level management.
• Collaborate with sales to compile business plan numbers and assist with budget rollup for the annual operating plan.
• Work with customers to sell off-quality goods and help maintain lower inventory levels.
• Assist with presentations to upper-level management, sales, and product development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a textile-related or business-related field.
• Excellent math skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Solid understanding of textile manufacturing processes and fabric constructions.
• Previous work experience with reporting and analysis in detail-oriented positions.
