About the position

The Product Operations Planning Analyst at Equifax plays a crucial role in facilitating planning and execution with product teams through corporate tools and processes. This position aims to improve and streamline processes, enhance tool setup, and engage stakeholders effectively. The analyst will drive enterprise-wide alignment and adoption of processes that support planning, execution, and Business Intelligence across global platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of day-to-day operations of Product Management tooling and administration.
  • Guide stakeholder teams to set up, configure, and customize tooling within established guidelines.
  • Implement and optimize complex process improvement strategies across Product, D&A, and Technology.
  • Build internal customer relationships and support the communication of continuous improvement philosophy and product culture.
  • Develop and execute continuous improvement plans to support functional and departmental strategies.
  • Proactively work with others to improve the capability of people and processes within the organization.
  • Support the enhancement of enterprise tools to align with business processes and best practices.
  • Configure and customize enterprise tools such as Aha! and Jira.
  • Develop and maintain configuration policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to end users through various methods.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in product, technology, business, or a related field required.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in analysis, planning, and stakeholder management in a product or technology-related field.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience using Product & Technology planning tools (e.g. Aha!, Jira, SmartSheets).
  • Adept at stakeholder management with excellent communication skills to interface with senior-level executives.

Nice-to-haves

  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience or certification preferred.
  • Experience in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Passion for and ability to learn new technologies.
