About the position

MoneyLion is seeking an experienced Product Operations Analyst to join our team in New York City. This role is pivotal in driving product and marketing decisions through insightful data analysis and a strong focus on enhancing the customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to influence senior leaders and gain alignment on data-driven strategic priorities. As a Product Operations Analyst, you will work autonomously to uncover customer insights, synthesize compelling narratives, and adapt messaging to resonate with diverse audiences. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to build consensus among stakeholders, manage complex initiatives, and translate insights into actionable strategies that enhance customer centricity. In this position, you will be responsible for influencing product, engineering, and marketing leaders to align on customer experience priorities. You will craft insightful narratives using both quantitative and qualitative data to illuminate the voice of the customer. Building consensus across stakeholders to drive the adoption of your recommendations will be crucial, as will exhibiting strategic maturity in your interactions with senior leaders. You will also be tasked with monitoring success metrics and making necessary adjustments based on data, overseeing end-to-end activities for product development initiatives, and ensuring that clear goals, timelines, and deliverables are defined. Collaboration with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, Product Marketing, Sales, and other functional leaders will be essential to coordinate plans, monitor progress, and proactively address any roadblocks. This role requires a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product analytics, operations, or a related customer experience role, preferably within FinTech companies. A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required. The successful candidate will demonstrate high emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and a strategic business mindset to influence and shape senior stakeholder perspectives. Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and experience with various Customer Operations vendors such as Kustomer, Ada, and AWS Connect are also essential. The position is onsite four days a week, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and teamwork in our dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Influence product, engineering, and marketing leaders to align on customer experience priorities

  • Oversee end-to-end activities for product development initiatives, ensuring clear goals, timelines, and deliverables are defined
  • Work closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, Product Marketing, Sales, and other functional leaders to coordinate plans, monitor progress, and proactively address any roadblocks

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-7 years in product analytics, operations, or related CX role, preferably in FinTech companies
  • Bachelor Degree in related field, required
  • Ability to gain alignment by developing, managing, and communicating actionable insights through effective, data-driven storytelling
  • High emotional intelligence with excellent communication skills and strategic business mindset to influence and shape senior stakeholder perspectives
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with past experiences navigating various Customer Operations vendors such as Kustomer, Ada, AWS Connect, etc.
  • Highly autonomous with proven judgment and credibility
