This role is integral to the Cone Denim division, focusing on operational reporting and sales support. The Product/Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing comprehensive reporting and analytical support to enhance operational planning, product development, sales strategies, inventory control, budgeting, and forecasting processes. In this position, the analyst will support the product development team by managing product certifications, tracking development progress specifically for the China region, and submitting fabrics for analysis. The role also involves generating various reports, including daily sales figures, forecasts, and identifying the Top 20 products. Analyzing market and product trends will be crucial for informing upper-level management decisions. Collaboration with the sales team is essential to compile business plan numbers and assist in the budgeting process for the annual operating plan. Additionally, the analyst will work directly with customers to facilitate the sale of off-quality goods, thereby helping to maintain lower inventory levels. The role may also include assisting in the preparation of presentations for upper management, sales teams, and product development groups.
