About the position

The Product Operations Coordinator at Ivanti plays a crucial role in managing multiple strategic cross-functional initiatives within the Product team. This position is highly visible and requires a strong background in project management methodologies to effectively drive the planning and execution of work across various Product teams. The coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that the voice of the customer is channeled into market-facing products, facilitating clear communication between the Product team and internal stakeholders. In this role, the coordinator will develop systems and processes that enhance the execution of the product function, working closely with and directly supporting the Product organization. They will ensure that all status materials and roadmap documents are compiled, kept up to date, and accurate. Additionally, the coordinator will support the Product Marketing, Enablement, Sales, and Customer Support teams by providing the necessary product knowledge, context, and insights to help them succeed. The coordinator will also become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by analyzing processes and data across all products, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. This position is integral to the success of the Product team and requires a proactive approach to managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop systems and processes around how we execute the product function, working closely with and directly supporting the Product organization
  • Ensure the Product team channels the voice of the customer into market-facing products, ensuring clear communications between Product and internal stakeholders
  • Compile, keep up to date, and ensure accuracy of all status materials and roadmap documents
  • Support the Product Marketing, Enablement, Sales, and Customer Support teams with the product knowledge, context, and insights they need to be successful
  • Analyze processes and data across all products and identify areas of improvement as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in project and/or product operations or management within a technology organization
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a cross-functional environment
  • Excellent partnership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills, quality focus, and detail orientation
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles as organizational demands deem necessary
  • Experience launching products is a plus
