About the position
The Product Operations Lead is responsible for collaborating with store leadership to implement product strategies effectively. This role involves managing inventory processing, ensuring product availability, and engaging team members in inventory management. The position also includes analyzing business data to inform product focus and participating in the hiring and training processes for team members. The Product Operations Lead plays a crucial role in creating a positive work environment and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy.
- Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing activities.
- Ensure execution of product actions such as pull backs and repricing.
- Engage team members in inventory management and create a productive atmosphere.
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
- Analyze daily business data to inform actions and provide recommendations.
- Participate in the store's hiring process, including recruitment and onboarding.
- Address team member performance and support their development through feedback and coaching.
- Establish supportive working relationships to contribute to an inclusive team environment.
- Serve as Supervisor on Duty to ensure a world-class guest experience.
Requirements
- 1 year of work experience in a related field.
- Experience with inventory management, product merchandising, or logistics.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating tasks to others.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
