About The Position

The Product Operations Lead is responsible for collaborating with store leadership to implement product strategies effectively. This role involves managing inventory processes, ensuring product availability, and engaging team members in inventory management. The position also includes analyzing business data to inform product focus and participating in the hiring and training of team members, all while fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.

Requirements

• 1 year of work experience in a related field.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or logistics.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating tasks to others.
• High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above.
• Experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations.

Nice To Haves

• Food safety and/or liquor service certification for experiential stores with food/beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy.
• Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities.
• Ensure execution of product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
• Engage team members in inventory management and create a productive atmosphere.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Review and interpret daily business data to inform actions and provide recommendations.
• Participate in the store's hiring process, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Address team member performance and support their ongoing learning and development.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
• Serve as Supervisor on Duty to ensure a world-class guest experience.
