About the position

The Product Manager for TikTok's Core Product team will lead initiatives focused on improving the reliability, scalability, and security of TikTok account structures. This role involves optimizing user experience and functionality for institutional accounts, ensuring efficient business processes, and enhancing service quality through feedback collection and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business processes, writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and proposing requirements to optimize user experience and functionality of the institutional account product.
• Design and develop standardized operating procedures (onboarding SOP) for the account product, ensuring standardization and efficient execution of business processes.
• Write and regularly update the user manual for the account product, providing users with clear operational guidelines.
• Update and maintain platform configurations and train the business team to use related capabilities and platforms to improve business efficiency.
• Regularly collect feedback from the business team and users, optimizing existing service processes based on feedback to enhance service quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of working experience, bachelor's degree or above, with English as a working language.
• Familiarity with business process management and requirement analysis.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to independently design and optimize business processes.
• Strong team spirit and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in platform configuration and user training is preferred.
