This position involves working closely with TikTok Monetization Product teams to define integrity solution requirements and align with cross-functional stakeholders. The manager will be responsible for developing technologies and initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and Commerce, ensuring advertiser quality on the TikTok platform. In this role, you will derive business insights and manage input from various teams, transforming them into product requirements through rigorous data analytics and prioritization. You will also own and lead the operational readiness for a successful launch within assigned markets. The responsibilities include devising integrity solutions for monetization products, building trusted relationships with cross-functional partners, proactively identifying and resolving ad integrity issues, and managing the integrity solution roadmap for appointed ad products or verticals. Additionally, you will define and execute launch strategies, write clear business requirements, and prioritize impactful projects to support growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, product management, and risk control, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills. A deep interest in developing business opportunities and a data-sensitive approach to interpreting metrics are essential for success in this role.
