About the position

The Product Operations Manager at Counterpart Health will play a crucial role in enhancing the operating model of the product organization, specifically focusing on the Counterpart Assistant team. This position is designed to improve efficiency within the empowered pod model, which centers on solving business and user outcomes. The manager will collaborate with various teams to identify inefficiencies, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and support process improvements to enhance overall learning velocity and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, researchers, and clinical teams to identify inefficient cross-team systems.
  • Identify and solve high-impact process enhancements for pods, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Collaborate with pods to develop KPIs that align with annual OKRs and measure meaningful work for users and the business.
  • Support integration with user research, customer success, product support, sales, and clinical teams to ensure regular customer engagement and insights access.
  • Partner with the VP of Product to align roadmaps, status updates, manage projects, and improve pod operations.
  • Develop and support process improvement changes for the technology team's software development lifecycle (SDLC) and portfolio management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product operations or related fields.
  • At least 3+ years of experience working with empowered product organizations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analytics, with the ability to define effective KPIs.
  • Experience with product organization tooling and best practices (e.g., Jira, Linear, ProductBoard, Aha!, Pendo).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on automating processes.
