About the position

The Product Owner for oneAudi Digital Dealer is responsible for leading the development of digital dealership features and tools for Audi North America, ensuring a premium customer journey across both desktop and mobile platforms. This role involves collaboration with Audi AG and various cross-functional teams to create a benchmark digital shopping experience, manage project timelines and budgets, and advocate for the business's success.

Responsibilities

• Lead Audi North American Region activities related to oneAudi Digital Dealership (oADD) development.
• Support collaboration with Audi AG to develop digital features and tools for global markets.
• Steer the oADD development plan to create a benchmark digital dealership shopping experience.
• Create a premium customer journey by managing digital customer-facing features in collaboration with the OneAudi AG team.
• Drive brand excitement by providing accessible vehicle information in an engaging manner.
• Develop the roadmap and manage execution of deliverables with agency work groups and development teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams and vendors to implement the roadmap successfully.
• Engage and inform management and stakeholders of developments.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and quality of defined projects with cross-functional teams and agencies.
• Transform the digital experience into a personalized sales channel from a customer-centric perspective.
• Steer cross-functional teams to define seamless user experience needs and collaborate with IT for solutions.
• Manage the digital agency regarding output, timeline, and budget.

Requirements

• Experience in product ownership or management in a digital environment.
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and user experience design.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and project quality effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and management.
• Experience in agile methodologies and managing product backlogs.
