About the position

The Product Owner at Accenture is responsible for driving the vision and strategy of the product, acting as the voice of the customer while employing a human-centered design approach. The position requires deep expertise in Retirement Planning Services and involves collaboration with multiple teams to provide solutions that address cross-team challenges.

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer.
• Shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog.
• Ensure the product team consistently delivers on client needs and wants.
• Validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Retirement Planning Services.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years experience as a Retirement Domain Product Owner.
• Experience in the Retirement services domain, specifically distributions to beneficiaries.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Atlassian JIRA Align.
• Bachelor's Degree.
