About the position
The Product Owner/Analyst for Privacy Compliance will support ongoing initiatives aimed at ensuring compliance with privacy regulations within a financial organization. This role requires a strong background in Agile methodologies and experience in managing product initiatives related to privacy compliance. The individual will work closely with various stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver product enhancements while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Help define and deliver Privacy Compliance Product initiatives
- Evaluate, analyze, and document business requirements to develop the product backlog and drive the roadmap using agile frameworks and tools
- Manage internal and external dependencies across initiatives, collaborating with Risk Managers, Front Office, and various IT teams
- Inform the prioritization and execution of key strategic product initiatives and enhancements by partnering with key business stakeholders and technical partners
- Build independent scalable processes across a suite of tools in the Privacy Compliance-related technology space
- Actively participate in all agile ceremonies and adhere to defined product delivery methodology
- Support all release and business readiness activities, including user demos, acceptance testing, and training
- Build strong relationships to support the execution of programs
Requirements
- Prior experience as a product owner/analyst in Privacy Compliance for a financial organization
- Strong Agile experience
