We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. The Product Owner will play a crucial role in leading the development and execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This position requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to act as a liaison between IT and the business. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert for the assigned business segment, ensuring that the product backlog is prioritized and refined effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting features, requirements, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria that will seed the backlog. You will represent the voice of the customer, ensuring that their needs and feedback are integrated into the product development process. Additionally, you will facilitate team discussions and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress towards product goals. The Product Owner will also be involved in the development of low-fidelity designs to visualize product features and enhancements. This position requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, along with a Bachelor's degree and Agile certification(s). It is essential that the candidate is able to work on-site in Schaumburg, IL, as this is a hybrid role that requires in-person collaboration.
