About the position

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Product Owner/Business Analyst to join our Software Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into clear product specifications, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful product delivery. As the bridge between business and technology, you will play a critical role in driving the product roadmap, managing priorities, and delivering exceptional products that meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document product requirements and user stories.
• Work closely with the product management team to define and maintain the product roadmap.
• Facilitate Agile development processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization.
• Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and contribute to the design and optimization of user interfaces.
• Create comprehensive product documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and release notes.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to align priorities and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with the QA team to define acceptance criteria and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Familiarity with UX principles, wireframing tools, and usability testing is a plus.
• Knowledge of software development processes and SDLC.
