About the position

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Product Owner with a minimum of 5 years in product and program management within the consumer electronics and accessories industry. This role combines strategic product ownership, cross-functional program management, and customer success. As a Product Owner, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, manage stakeholder alignment, ensure customer project implementation success, maintain product quality, and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of customer-specific projects, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and resource needs.
• Define product vision and roadmap for consumer electronics and accessories, aligning with market trends and business goals.
• Lead project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Develop and maintain product structure for efficient inventory management and streamlined product lineup.
• Oversee product quality assurance processes to ensure that products meet both internal standards and customer expectations.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and customers, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and metrics.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to refine product positioning and support future enhancements.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential project and product risks to minimize impacts on development and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously improve product, program, and customer success management processes, implementing best practices and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in product management, program management, and customer success within the consumer electronics and accessories industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product and customer strategies.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience coordinating complex, cross-functional programs and customer implementations.
• Experience in SKU management, product structure design, and familiarity with inventory management best practices.
• Exceptional customer success orientation, with a proven track record of managing customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, and achieving project success.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build cross-functional partnerships and engage customers effectively.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle tools and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
• Passion for consumer electronics and accessories, with a deep understanding of industry trends and customer needs.
