Wipro Limited is seeking a Product Owner for Cross Border Transactions to join our dynamic team in Irving, Texas. This role is pivotal in developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for cross-border transactions utilizing Visa products. The successful candidate will align product strategies with business objectives and customer needs, ensuring that our offerings are innovative and competitive in the market. As a Product Owner, you will work within an agile team, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and oversee the development process from ideation to launch. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are clear and actionable. You will lead sprint planning sessions, define acceptance criteria, and ensure timely delivery of product increments. Stakeholder management is crucial; you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure product compliance and successful implementation. Your focus will also be on championing the customer experience, ensuring that our products are user-friendly, reliable, and meet the highest standards of security. Performance monitoring will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as you will establish KPIs and metrics to track product performance in cross-border transactions. Utilizing data-driven insights, you will optimize products to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will ensure that all products comply with international regulations, standards, and internal risk management policies. Cross-functional collaboration will be essential to ensure product success and alignment with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for cross-border transactions using Visa products.

• Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear and actionable user stories.
• Lead sprint planning sessions, define acceptance criteria, and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product compliance and successful implementation.
• Champion the customer experience by ensuring that products are easy to use, reliable, and secure.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to track the performance of products in cross-border transactions.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize products and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that all products comply with international regulations, standards, and internal risk management policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product success and alignment with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on payment products, particularly Visa products.
• Strong understanding of cross-border transactions, currency conversion, and international payment regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing or launching and managing financial products, particularly in the payments industry.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with Visa/Mastercard or other major card networks is highly desirable.
