About the position

The Product Owner (Customer Data Platforms) position at Sensiple Inc is a long-term contract role based in either Phoenix, AZ or New York City, NY. The ideal candidate will have over eight years of relevant experience, particularly in product management and customer data platforms. This role is crucial for managing and enhancing the integration and scaling of various MarTech tools, ensuring that the solutions provided meet the high standards of customer experience that Sensiple Inc is known for. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding and integration processes of customer data platforms such as Adobe CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, mParticle, and Segment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the data management processes are efficient and effective, including data mapping, governance, schema creation, and customer data modeling. Your role will also involve understanding SDK implementations and server-to-server integrations, which are essential for the seamless operation of the platforms. In addition to technical expertise, the position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines. You will be expected to communicate effectively with both technical and business partners, translating complex technical terminology into understandable business language. Strong presentation skills are also necessary, as you will be creating and delivering executive presentations. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding and integration of Customer Data Platforms.
  • Manage the scaling of MarTech tools to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure efficient data management processes including data mapping and governance.
  • Create and maintain schemas and customer data models.
  • Understand and implement SDK and server-to-server integrations.
  • Translate technical requirements to business partners and vice versa.
  • Create and deliver executive presentations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in product management.
  • 5+ years of experience specifically in onboarding and integrating MarTech tools.
  • In-depth experience with Customer Data Platforms such as Adobe CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, mParticle, and Segment.
  • Strong knowledge of data management practices including data mapping and governance.
  • Experience with schema creation and customer data modeling.
  • Understanding of SDK implementations and server-to-server integrations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in Agile software development processes, particularly Scrum and SAFe.
