About the position

Hexagon's Geosystems division provides a comprehensive portfolio of digital solutions that capture, measure, and visualize the physical world and enable data-driven transformation across industry ecosystems. Our reality-capture technologies create digital worlds from different views, whether a single dimension between two walls in a house, cadastral boundaries of properties or 3D shapes of cities, infrastructures, utilities, entire countries or even crime scenes. These digital worlds provide actionable information vital for understanding, planning and execution. During execution, Geosystems' positioning, guiding and visualization solutions empower users to work with the highest efficiency and quality. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner with a background in software development in the construction or real estate industries (preferably in facilities management). As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for setting the strategy, vision and scope of our product, driving its development and delivery (including prioritizing needs, managing backlog and evaluating feedback, coordinating between multiple external and internal stakeholders, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision and strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market demands.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand market requirements, user and commercial needs, and business objectives.
• Define and prioritize product roadmap, features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and industry trends.
• Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the vision and goals of the product.
• Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable tasks.
• Provide clear direction and guidance to development teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Champion agile methodologies and best practices, ensuring teams deliver high quality software on time and on-budget.
• Conduct regular sprint reviews and product demonstrations to gather feedback and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance and user satisfaction, making data-driven decisions to optimize the product roadmap.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development, preferably in the construction or real estate industries.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
• Proven ability to define and prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs based on market needs and customer feedback.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
