Enlighten is seeking an experienced Product Owner to play a pivotal role in supporting operations and driving growth strategy, particularly with a focus on the U.S. Air Force. This position will involve providing project management and DevSecOps support, with the goal of fostering organic growth within the organization. The Product Owner will also assist in the training and adoption of various analytics and applications developed for cyber operations on the government-owned Big Data Platform (BDP). The role will require a hybrid work approach, combining on-site local work with the customer and travel up to 25% to support customers both CONUS and OCONUS as necessary. In this role, the Product Owner will be responsible for establishing, fostering, and strengthening relationships between the company and targeted government customers. Acting as the account lead, the individual will integrate directly into the customers' daily operations, ensuring a deep understanding of the technology and capabilities offered by Enlighten. This includes understanding all tiers of the Air Force Network to support the implementation of new hardware and software solutions at the base level. The Product Owner will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing and business plans, operational roadmaps, and action plans for identified targets of opportunity. They will also work to expand future opportunities by leveraging existing customer relationships and identifying new market opportunities. Maintaining updated knowledge of customer plans, programs, and general market intelligence will be crucial for success in this role. Additionally, the Product Owner will develop an external network of solution partners and providers, ensuring a comprehensive approach to customer experience and success from start to finish. This includes working closely with development and engineering teams to ensure that DevSecOps pipeline delivery dates align with customer targets and timelines, and acting as the focal point for pushing capabilities out to the customer.
