About the position

The Product Owner at Enlighten will play a crucial role in supporting operations and growth strategies, particularly focusing on the U.S. Air Force. This position involves project management and DevSecOps support, with an emphasis on training and adoption of analytics and applications developed for cyber operations on the government-owned Big Data Platform (BDP). The role requires a hybrid work approach, with 1-2 days in the office and up to 25% travel to support customers both CONUS and OCONUS.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and strengthen relationships between the company and targeted government customers.
  • Function as the account lead and integrate into the customers' daily operations.
  • Champion the company's technology and capabilities to customers.
  • Understand all Tiers of the Air Force Network to support new hardware and software implementations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing and business plans.
  • Expand future opportunities by working with existing customers and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Document and maintain opportunities in company pipeline tools.
  • Develop customer relationships and maintain knowledge of customer plans and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and engineering departments.
  • Own the customer experience success from start to finish.
  • Ensure DevSecOps pipeline delivery dates align with customer targets and timelines.
  • Act as the focal point for pushing capabilities to the customer.
  • Support identifying and capturing new business opportunities within the DoD.

Requirements

  • A current TS level U.S. Government clearance is required; U.S. Citizenship required.
  • 9+ years in DoD cyber, agile development, and/or big data with a B.A. in Business or a related field; or 7 years relevant experience with a Master's in a related field; or High School Diploma and 13 years relevant experience.
  • Extensive background and knowledge of the Air Force Network (AFNET).
  • Experience managing complex technical projects and programs.
  • Experience with Software Engineering, Cloud Technologies, and Cyber Security.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with others.
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% CONUS and OCONUS.

Nice-to-haves

  • DoD 8140 / 8570 compliance certifications may be required as directed by the customer.
  • Previous BDP experience is a huge plus.
