About the position

The Product Owner in the Data and Insights team is responsible for executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for products within this capability area. This role involves managing customer engagements, shaping new features, and ensuring that products meet business goals. The Product Owner will work closely with engineering teams to oversee product development from inception to delivery, while also engaging with customers to drive product adoption and usage.

Responsibilities

• Execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data and Insights products.
• Lead customer engagements to understand and translate their business needs into product requirements.
• Own the Data and Insight products, elaborating features into technical requirements with Product Engineering.
• Oversee all stages of product creation, including design and development, by liaising with product engineering leaders.
• Create customer-specific artifacts such as Business Process Flows and Functional Specifications.
• Cooperate with stakeholders like Marketing, Legal, and Security.
• Provide ongoing support for customers to drive product usage.
• Support pre-sales efforts and represent Data and Insight products in customer presentations.

Requirements

• BS in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial or business systems analysis or as a product owner in a business-related field.
• Strong understanding of product management and software development methods (SDLC).
• Ability to solve complex challenges and convert them into structured solutions for stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical terms.
