About the position

The Senior Digital Product Manager will be a key player in shaping and executing the digital vision for the organization. This role involves managing the strategic outcomes of the digital portfolio, which includes social media, live chat, email, and text/SMS. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions that align technology capabilities with customer and internal needs.

Responsibilities

  • Champions the product vision, strategy, and overall product roadmap goals/KPIs aligned to strategic company objectives.
  • Partner with multiple product teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Maintains and communicates strategic product roadmaps across multiple product workstreams.
  • Deliver platform solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication and ongoing risk assessment.
  • Communicates to executive stakeholders on channel strategy, execution, and performance.
  • Conducts market research and digital strategies to drive innovation and maintain market leadership.
  • Maintains product budgets, partner contracts, and financial models to prove ROI.
  • Partner with Scrum teams, Product Owners, stakeholder, and business leaders to effectively achieve business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, marketing or related business discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or related field.
  • Experience operating in an environment driven by KPIs.
  • Understanding of the SDLC process and ability to work in an agile environment with bi-weekly releases.
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to build relationships.

Nice-to-haves

  • Five or more years experience in utility industry.
  • Experience as a Product Analyst.
  • Agile Product Owner certification.
  • 'Black Belt' Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience with Jira.
  • Experience with relevant new product or technology development experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with teams developing and shipping software.
