Our client is currently seeking a Product Owner to play a crucial role in developing, evolving, and communicating the product area vision, priorities, and strategy. This position involves managing risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory and policy standards. The Product Owner will establish, communicate, and monitor product area goals and performance indicators, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy. A key aspect of this role is to identify and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders, effectively communicating the product area vision, strategies, and priorities while soliciting and incorporating feedback from these groups. The Product Owner will facilitate frequent collaboration between customers, stakeholders, and teams throughout the product lifecycle. This includes engaging in industry, technology, and customer ecosystem research and discovery to incorporate and prioritize key findings into the product area backlog. The individual will actively own the prioritization of a clearly understood product area backlog that aligns with the product area vision and goals. Additionally, the Product Owner will identify and resolve sequencing and prioritization conflicts across products and product areas, inspiring and guiding high-performing, cross-functional teams. This role requires consistent and active presence in communication with product leadership and product area team members. The Product Owner will perform a crucial role in transforming teams into high-performing agile teams and delivering enterprise-wide value as the organization transitions to a strategic secure network platform of the future. Collaboration with product managers, technical leaders, and business leaders is essential to create meaningful customer value with current and emerging connectivity and cryptographic services. The Product Owner will also work closely with lead Agilists to transform the team into a model state for product and portfolio management. Strong risk and dependency management skills are necessary to coordinate large complex initiatives across multiple Agile and non-agile teams. The individual must leverage excellent verbal, written, relationship, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization to build consensus and enthusiasm for prioritizing product delivery against the overall product strategy. Comfort with technical complexity, ambiguity, and facilitating discussions to explore the best possible solutions is also required.
