Responsibilities

  • Maintain deep subject matter expertise for assigned product line.
  • Build, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in conjunction with the Product Manager and Development Manager.
  • Develop user stories, and package the features into product releases.
  • Promote the vision and strategy for the product line established by the Product Manager and Solution Management teams.
  • Perform card break down, define exit criteria, provide test case scenario input, PO acceptance, and documentation approval.
  • Approve test coverage plan with assistance from PD and QA teams.
  • Research and manage client escalations.
  • Ensure clarity on the problem & business value of the solution with Product team.
  • Detailed understanding of user/compliance requirements.
  • Participate in and/or lead client meetings, as needed.
  • Provide internal cross-functional training/knowledge transfer sessions.

Requirements

  • Experience working with MS Office applications and Jira.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective organizational skills to manage multiple work assignments.
  • Ability to work well individually and within a cross functional team.
  • Effective time management & communication skills.
  • Property Management background is highly desired.
