About the position

The Navistar Digital Dealer is a crucial part of this digital ecosystem, supporting the company, its network of dealers, and customers in the upcoming years. We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner Digital Dealer for Lead Orchestration, who will be responsible for defining how service leads are generated and managed within the Digital Dealer ecosystem to support Service Advisors' proactive working methods. As a Product Owner in Digital Dealer, you will be an integral part of one of our cross-functional agile teams and a member of the Dealer Digitalization team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with users, designers, process experts, and other stakeholders to create value for our users at every step. We are looking for someone who can deliver outstanding results while enjoying the process. The Product Owner will be the main driver of the product's vision, value creation, and future evolution. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the definition of the roadmap and activities needed to determine how new service leads are calculated and orchestrated within Digital Dealer. You will work with your team to explore innovative feature ideas that advance software development in your area, delivering real value to users. Understanding the business landscape will be essential for creating relevant features, and you will also contribute to defining the technical landscape and solutions for ecosystem integration. You will define epics for new software features, break them down into features and user stories, and manage and prioritize the product backlog for your team. Active participation in development processes to review, explain, and influence will be expected, along with involvement in user research and the creation of user journeys and prototypes to build high-performance products.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the definition of the roadmap and activities for new service leads calculation and orchestration within Digital Dealer.

  • Utilize knowledge of the business landscape to create relevant features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 9 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experience and at least 2 years of lead experience.
  • Master's degree with at least 5 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experience and at least 2 years of lead experience.
  • At least 12 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experience and at least 2 years of lead experience.
