About the position

The Product Owner/Manager - Analytics IFE/C role is responsible for leading product development for data analytics solutions that support In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity operations. This position involves leveraging operational and BIT/BITE data to enhance IFE and Wi-Fi platforms, conducting research and focus groups to understand business problems, and developing business cases to gain stakeholder support. The role requires translating product development goals into actionable requirements and collaborating with IT and other teams to prioritize and implement solutions that drive revenue and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development for data analytics solutions supporting IFE/C operations.
• Research and conduct focus groups with internal customers to understand business problems.
• Partner with strategy counterparts to develop business cases for stakeholder support.
• Translate product development goals into requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• Prioritize the sprint backlog in collaboration with IT while balancing business stakeholder requirements.
• Identify and communicate opportunities to increase revenue, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Provide regular status reports to key stakeholders, sponsors, and project managers.
• Evaluate new technology concepts and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
• Extract data from various sources for IFE/C platforms and design automated reports, analyses, and dashboards.
• Streamline reports to drive actionable insights for the business and enable efficient operations.
• Develop insights and present findings in a concise manner.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business administration or related field.
• 2 years of experience in similar duties/technical capabilities using SQL and Alteryx.
