Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Owner for the Medical Device Service & Repair (MD S&R) Salesforce application within our J&J MedTech team, located in Irvine, CA. This role is pivotal in supporting the day-to-day application development for products that cater to J&J MedTech franchises. The Product Owner will collaborate closely with the Product Manager and various J&J Operating Companies to interpret, document, prioritize, and drive the delivery of application requirements. This position is designed for an individual contributor who possesses strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as experience in leadership roles. The ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment is essential for success in this role. In this position, the Product Owner will be responsible for existing user support and training, gathering and delivering requirements, and making design and business process recommendations. The goal is to create intuitive workflows and immersive user experiences that enhance the overall functionality of the MD S&R application. The Product Owner will actively participate in team sessions, including planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and story grooming, ensuring that all aspects of the application development process are aligned with business objectives. The role requires a deep understanding of the operational needs of the Operating Companies and how the MD S&R application can deliver user value. The Product Owner will validate and approve that user stories meet acceptance criteria and are complete, raising any prioritization needs to management based on team output and timelines. Additionally, the Product Owner will contribute to training application users to enhance their usage and engagement with the application. This position demands a proactive approach to collaboration, maintaining open lines of communication across all user groups, and performing other duties as assigned.
