About the position

The Product Owner (ML/AI) at Onebridge is responsible for collaborating with business partners to develop and implement innovative machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. This role involves understanding business impacts, quantifying resources, and evaluating technical solutions while leading Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies. The Product Owner will maintain a prioritized product backlog and ensure alignment with ML/AI goals, driving continuous improvement in AI models.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to create and drive ML/AI solutions.
• Conduct regular requirements gathering and build use cases for product roadmaps.
• Plan, manage, and run internal and key stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure proper documentation and information flow while adhering to compliance constraints.
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision for ML/AI initiatives to the development team and stakeholders.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders into the product development process.
• Engage with stakeholders to articulate risks, enhancements, impacts, and performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in application development, data analytics, machine learning, or data-centric projects.
• Experience in developing business and technical requirements for ML/AI technologies.
• Background in leading Scrum ceremonies and championing Agile best practices.
• Proficient in using JIRA and ADO for managing backlogs and grooming stories.
• Strong understanding of building cloud-ready solutions, particularly on AWS or Azure.

Nice-to-haves

• Technical experience with programming languages such as Python.
• Experience with reporting tools like Power BI.
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as Healthcare, Pharma, or Finance.
