About the position

The Product Owner Onsite Ad Products will lead a cross-functional Agile team in developing new features and capabilities for brand partners within the retail media network. This role focuses on defining and executing the product roadmap for ad products across various owned and operated channels, enhancing existing products, and aligning with key business goals to increase ad spend and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a product vision and roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, analytics teams, and external partners to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Lead an Agile Pod of cross-functional team members to iteratively develop ad products.
  • Coordinate with engineering, QA, and deployment teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on product status and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies to guide product decisions.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure ad product success and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Work closely with various teams to drive product growth and success.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and feedback sessions to improve team processes and product quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, computer science, or related field.
  • 3+ years as a digital product owner or manager in a retail, eCommerce, or related environment.
  • 2+ years working within a retail media network, preferably for a retailer.
  • Strong comfort and success within Agile frameworks.
  • Ability to effectively communicate across various levels and influence decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of adtech/martech concepts with a background in advertising preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan strategically, and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle ambiguity, and stay focused on execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using a data-driven approach to inform decisions.
  • A self-starter with a passion for innovation and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Amplience, GAM, DV360, CM360, Kevel, Skai, Epsilon, Media Math, Microsoft Ads, and/or Criteo.
