About the position
Infosys is seeking a Product Owner/Product Analyst with Assortment Planning, Demand Forecasting and Replenishment Domain SME. As a Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Responsibilities
- Define the problem and propose solutions during business process consulting.
- Guide teams on project processes and deliverables.
- Contribute to proposal development and client training.
- Detail project scope and assist in capability building.
- Lead a team of engineers and consultants in understanding as-is business and developing to-be business maps.
- Drive the Product Roadmap, identifying and tracking with cross-functional Business SMEs/stakeholders.
- Manage communication with Tech/Business stakeholders.
- Ensure flawless execution in interfacing with multiple teams and resolving dependencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Experience as a business analyst with knowledge of Agile processes including EPIC/Feature/Story creation and grooming.
- Working knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Replenishment.
- Experience in Retail and CPG functions with leading packages such as JDA/BY, Oracle RPAS, O9, Kinaxis, Anaplan.
Nice-to-haves
- At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst with Agile processes.
- At least 3 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design.
- At least 5 years of working knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Replenishment.
- At least 5 years of experience in Implementation, Configuration, Design and Integration Skills.
- Good to have: Assortment Planning Implementation experience in CPQ tools like Oracle Retail RPAS or Anaplan or o9.
