About the position

Infosys is seeking a Product Owner/Product Analyst in Store Inventory Business Functions. This role is primarily responsible for assisting clients with strategy definition, value realization, implementation, and operations. The position involves working closely with the consulting team to define problem statements, evaluate solution options, and make recommendations. The role includes creating detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts, as well as implementing deployment plans and supporting knowledge transfer to provide value-adding consulting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with strategy definition, value realization, implementation, and operations.
• Work with the consulting team to discover and define problem statements.
• Evaluate solution options and make recommendations.
• Create detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts.
• Implement deployment plans and support knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, and requirement elicitation specializing in Store applications such as POS, Payment Integrations, Store Inventory Management, and Back-Office Systems.
• Experience with leading Store Inventory Management Modules and GKPOS.
• Knowledge of Store Operations usage in Fuel Stations and Convenience Stores with extensive knowledge of value stream functions associated with Stores.

Nice-to-haves

• At least 6 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, and requirement elicitation specializing in Store applications.
• Experience in Product Management areas such as Product Owner/Product Manager and ability to interface with customers and stakeholders.
• At least 6 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
• At least 5 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
• Analytical and Communication skills.
