About the position

The Product Owner/Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of product features within the Merchant Services domain. This role requires strong expertise in payments and transaction processing, with a focus on enhancing customer experience and achieving business outcomes. The position is hybrid, based in Phoenix, AZ, and is expected to last for 6 months with an immediate start date.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• Strong knowledge of merchant services, payments, and transaction processing
• Prior experience with American Express is required
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to deliver product features that improve customer experience and business outcomes

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
